The opportunity
Our client is a highly sought after online retail brand, with a focus on beautiful products, and they are now looking for a CRM Manager to strategically support the team in email marketing. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly experienced team, with fantastic senior marketers already in the business, with big ambitions and lots of growth ahead.

This is a brand new role which is perfect for an experienced CRM expert with a proven track record in managing and executing CRM strategies for DTC brands. You will own the email platform, creating innovative CRM campaigns and customer journeys that build customer loyalty and increase conversions. 

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office.

Role
Leading the day to day email and customer communications you’ll play a pivotal role in the growth of 3 incredible brands. Overseeing all customer communications and then seeking opportunities to drive email engagement, loyalty, order rate, retention and growing the active customer base.

You will also work with teams across the business, including the wider marketing and creative teams on cross-channel and brand campaigns. You’ll also cross paths with the product team to support any onsite customer experience improvements and forge a good relationship with the commercial and customer teams to enhance performance of the customer comms.
Key responsibilities
?    Own and manage the email marketing platform, accountable for the performance
?    Develop and implement CRM strategies
?    Create innovative campaigns and customer journeys to drive sales and increase conversion rate.
?    Create visually appealing email templates and other CRM assets.
?    Creation and management of email campaigns and flows.
?    Utilise data-driven insights to segment customers effectively
?    Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing.

Experience needed
?    Proven track record of managing and executing CRM strategies for a DTC brand.
?    Strong design skills for creating compelling email templates and assets.
?    Excellent copywriting skills for developing engaging and persuasive content.
?    Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
