ECT Early Career Teacher Role and Responsibilities:

ECT Early Career Teacher Requirements:

  • PGCE or pending QTS.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous professional development
