Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team for the upcoming school year.
As an ECT in our Year 1 class, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for our students' educational journey.

About the school:

An Islamic faith school is seeking ECT's for its September year 1 intake. The role will involve full class teacher responsibilities.
The school is renowned for its inclusive, hard-working and dedicated team, It has an emphasis on learning to read to an advanced level; maths to high achieving standard and also has excellent sports and PE facilities.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or on track to receive QTS by the start of the academic year.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
