Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to begin their teaching career in a dynamic and supportive primary school setting. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and contributing to the overall success of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the school curriculum.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extra-curricular activities and events.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by the start date.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting pupil achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude.
