Your Role:
  • Diverse Teaching: Plan and deliver lessons across various subjects, catering to the individual needs of SEND pupils.

What We Expect:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS): A recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience with SEND: Previous experience working with SEND pupils is essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to plan and execute lessons efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Commitment: A genuine desire to inspire, support, and make a positive impact on young people's lives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lunch and break times.
  • Collect evidence of pupil progress to support assessments.
  • Ensure safeguarding protocols are upheld to protect vulnerable pupils.
