About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join various primary schools in Ashford, starting in September 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your teaching career and make a significant impact on students' lives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS completion.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
