eDiscovery Project Coordinator
International law firm is looking to recruit an eDisclosure Project Co-ordinator to join their busy and expanding eDiscovery / Knowledge Management practice department in their London office:
- £80,000 permanent salary
- Hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote)
- Stunning City based location
The eDisclosure Co-ordinator will ensure they deliver an efficient, consistent and high-quality approach to eDisclosure (Litigation and Arbitration), Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and investigations and provide client management and support with limited supervision for a wide variety of matters.
eDisclosure Project Coordinator responsibilities will include:
- Recommend and deliver technical solutions, e.g., on processing strategy and throughout the life of the matter
- Assist in the eDisclosure project set-up including liaising with our preferred vendors, fee earners and their clients
- Assist and enable fee earners to work with document review software
- Train fee earners in the use of Relativity and early case management platforms
- Give on-going support to fee earners during eDisclosure projects to ensure that users understand the software and eDisclosure processes
- Respond to technical queries and create guidance notes and precedents/templates
- Work with the Disputes PSL and Disputes partners in promoting the firm’s litigation support capabilities
- Support fee earners with eDisclosure, DSAR, and investigations costs budgeting
eDisclosure Project Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience of working at a law firm (or professional services), or an eDiscovery vendor
- An understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery, existing rules, protocols, practices, and relevant legal and industry standards
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Relativity, SharePoint, MS Office (including Excel, and Project) are essential
