Description
- Managing the rota on a weekly basis
- Managing editorial calendars and schedules.
- Assisting in the preparation of content for publication.
- Coordinating and tracking the editorial workflow.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Maintaining records and databases of work in progress.
- Assisting in quality control and proofreading processes.
- Ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Editorial Support Coordinator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Media & Agency industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
