Winner Education are looking for a Secondary Education Consultant to join our fun but focused team, based at our newly, refurbished Head Office in Sutton Coldfield. We are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such, we are looking for someone who has experience of running a successful secondary education desk.

The duties of the Education Consultant will include:

  • Delivering an excellent service to our candidates and existing clients
  • Building strong raports with clients ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles and the right clients
  • Generating new schools via new business to further develop your desk
  • Attracting, sourcing, and recruiting new candidates
  • Advertising jobs
  • Registering candidates
  • Completing compliance checks
  • Applying for DBS checks
  • Negotiating rates
  • Attending school visits and presentations

The Ideal Education Consultant will have:

  • Experience within education recruitment
  • Experience of running a full 360 desk
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • The drive and hunger to earn UNCAPPED commissions
  • The passion for recruitment
  • The understanding of providing quality to continue out outstanding reputation

Competitive base salary, plus up to 20% UNCAPPED commission from day one!

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm term time and 9.00am - 2.30pm during school holidays.

Benefits include 35 days holidays including bank holidays, car parking, excellent commission structure, staff nights out, incentives and away days.
