The Impact Academy is a well-crafted programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
• Enhance candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams.
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
• Earn commission for your contributions at every step.

Support and Mentorship

You'll receive continuous support from your team manager, our market-leading training team, and a dedicated mentor. Work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector, aiding your professional development.

Graduation and Beyond

After successfully completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk. We provide advanced training in:
