Location: Redlands, Bristol

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus commission

We are a well-established independent education recruitment agency that specialises in matching top-quality educators with schools, nurseries, and other educational establishments across the South-West. The Role:

As a Full-Time Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing and selecting outstanding candidates for various educational roles. Your key duties will include:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including our internal database, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Communitcating with possible candidates via phone, email and text
  • Assessing candidate suitability through initial phone screenings and interviews, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and qualifications.
  • Assisting with the coordination of interviews and assessments for candidates, liaising closely with consultants and clients.
  • Supporting the onboarding process of successful candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the internal database accordingly.
  • Actively contributing to team meetings and providing insights on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is desirable, ideally within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Social Media and job boards to advertise and source appropriate candiates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
