This provider offers English learning courses, work internships and bespoke UK travel opportunities for international students from around the world coming to the UK and Ireland. Their programmes are delivered across three core centres and summer camps.
Your team are responsible for promoting these opportunities throughout the world, with markets in Europe, Asia and South America. You will lead a team of 6 with their own international sales territories. The main route to learners / education providers is via international agents with some direct contacts. You will also manage your own sales patch, with you and your team travelling internationally 5- 6 times a year on average, so if you like international travel this could be for you. This could be 2 weeks in China or 2 – 3 days in France.
It’s a hybrid role, with 2 – 3 days being based at their head office in Central London. Typical tasks include:
- Regular review of existing accounts, looking for growth / cross selling opportunities
- Coordinating new business targets across the team
- Overseeing the sales numbers through dashboard activity (spotting trends / key activity which leads to results)
- Coaching and mentoring the team to develop ensuring regular monthly 121’s are in place and recorded
