eFX Senior Delivery Lead

Our prestigious Global Investment Bank client has a fantastic permanent opportunity for a an eFX Senior Delivery Lead to join its  eFX IT technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a suite of applications and services that are essential to the eFX business line, which includes market connectivity, single dealer platforms, pricing, and trader tools. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in FX e-trading and/or e-commerce, who is also experienced in delivery-focused methodologies.

You will be an experienced delivery lead, preferably also with business analyst skills, with a proven track record in FX e-trading and/or e-commerce. An energetic self-driven individual, adaptable as the context determines, to take instruction and work autonomously; or to work collaboratively as part of a small team is required. Experience of delivery-focused methodologies such as sprint planning, scrum etc. would be an advantage

1. Comprehensive exposure in the following aspects of electronic trading within the FX business line:
2. FX products (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options)
3. FX Pricing and Limit Orders
4. Interaction with multi dealer platforms
5. FX administration and process flows including organization of static data, credit checks, STP

Participation in IT projects including business analysis and project or work package management.

• Organise and optimise the delivery schedule of the eFX IT team, including prioritisation and sprint planning.
• Manage and deliver specific work packages and projects.
• Conduct functional testing of enhancements in collaboration with the QA team.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of vendor software.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with business stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise tasks and keep them updated on progress, risks, and issues.
• Update system and project documentation.
• Provide day-to-day support for production issues.

• Educated to university standard, with a preference for a degree related to business or IT.
• Comprehensive exposure to electronic trading within the FX business line, including knowledge of FX products, pricing, limit orders, and interaction with multi-dealer platforms.
• Experience in IT projects, including business analysis and project or work package management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with end users and IT developers.
• Analytical skills with the ability to produce clear written information and conduct structured testing.
• Self-disciplined, capable of working with autonomy or in a team, and able to provide relevant solutions for work requirements.

• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with FIX and API interfaces.
• Familiarity with FpML.

• Compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and complete all mandatory training for role competence.
