Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour, increase to £11.98 after 12 weeks

Location: Plymouth, PL6 7BP

Shift time: 08:30 - 16:30

Working days: Monday - Friday

Key Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Numeracy skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Organized & adaptable
  • ERP/SAP experience

Responsibilities:

  • General Administration duties such as data entry, data reporting, filing Scanning, etc.,
  • Transposing hard-copy paper information into software packages
  • Updating business dashboards & issue of sight test/glasses voucher
  • Support Incident Investigation & admin for audit preparation
  • Providing insurers with relevant documentation
  • Maintain First aid supplies & update first aid posters
  • Maintain inventory and order replacement supplies
  • Manage the Plymouth EHS email account and distribute issues/ Concerns accordingly
  • Support Safety Gemba Events & shut down preparation
  • Room Bookings and associate coordination
  • Set up signing-in points and posters
  • Maintain COSHH/sypol database and enter in SAP
  • Update machine-specific LOTO documents and enter them in SAP
