EL/PL Deputy Team Leader

The leading Defendant Insurance firm in Liverpool has an excellent opening for a Deputy Team Leader in its much-vaunted Casualty department.  

You will be tasked with effectively and efficiently assisting in managing a team dealing with Pre-Litigated Defendant EL/PL claims from inception to settlement. As the Deputy Team Leader you will step in for the TL when they are absent, be responsible for motivating and mentoring the Claims handlers and carrying out 1-2-1 reviews, auditing files and ensuring all targets/metrics are achieved. 

Ideally, you'll have managed a team previously, all team leaders and ambitious Fee-Earners are actively encouraged to apply! It is essential that you have an amount of experience in running EL/PL claims from start to finish as you'll be managing a caseload and training junior staff to do the same.
