EL/PL Team Leader

Your new role
This EL/PL Team Leader role will see you being responsible for leading all areas of technical performance. Reporting to the unit director, you will be required to provide training, development, and support to the motor volume team to drive engagement and ensure technical improvement. You will have regular client contact as you provide the client account managers with technical, market and analytical support. The successful applicant will be required to identify technical skills and gaps in knowledge within the team and implement changes to improve performance. Performance will be monitored by client and internal KPIs. You will be required to manage the audit function of the unit, ensuring resources are effectively deployed.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years litigated EL/PL experience. Supervisory experience is essential and applicants must have financial authority of at least £100.000.
