Description
- Work with the eLearning Manager to support the Library and the central support services in the development of innovative, e-learning activities, resources, and support
- Develop e-learning materials in support of projects that enhance the student experience
- Maintain overall responsibility for the online element of the Library's skills programmes
- Support colleagues in the effective use and understanding of learning technologies, practices, and pedagogy
- Proactively participate in the involvement in projects, team meetings, and communications
Profile
A successful eLearning Support Officer should have:
- Proficiency in using various eLearning platforms and tools
- Strong technical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- An understanding of effective online learning strategies and methodologies
