We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an adept Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our electrical projects effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

• Manage electrical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to plan and schedule project activities, resources, and materials.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving any technical issues or challenges that may arise.
• Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

• Possession of a valid UK Full Driving Licence.
• NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrotechnical Technology Installation (Buildings and Structures).
• Proficiency in the 17th/18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.
• Attainment of Level 3 in Understanding the Requirements for Electrical Installation.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical safety, fire/smoke detection systems, and emergency lighting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
