Contracts Manager opportunity available with a Kent-based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that specialises in planned maintenance & reactive service works on electrical & fire systems across the South East.
This opportunity comes with a basic salary between £60,000-£65,000 (Dependent on experience) and will involve the following duties:
- Managing a team between 5-7 Engineers
- Overseeing a range of maintenance & service contracts across the Electrical/Fire industry
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Working alongside and supporting the wider electrical team
- Basic Salary between £60,000-£65,000 DOE
- Vehicle allowance or company van provided
- Phone, laptop, iPad
- 25 days holiday ex-bank holidays
- Pension
- Hours 8am - 5pm with 1-hour unpaid break
- Prior experience as an Electrician
- In date Electrical tickets (18th Edition & NVQ Level 2/3)
- SMSTS/SSSTS - (Desirable)
- Experience managing Commercial & Residential contracts
- Live within a commutable distance of Erith, Kent
- Knowledge of Smoke Vent systems (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
