In this role, you'll design and coordinate and work with Development, Production, and Sales teams. You'll create technical drawings, 3D CAD mock-ups, and work instructions, ensuring production readiness. Strong technical and collaboration skills are essential.

The Role:

• Design and implement Non-Standard Engineering solutions for customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
• Produce engineering documentation and oversee installations to ensure successful implementation.

The Person:

• Strong engineering background with relevant qualifications preferably within the Marine industry
• Experience with 2D & 3D drawing software such as Siemens NX
• Electrical Design Experience with Wiring Looms
• Based in Plymouth or easily commutable to
