Electrical Engineer

Seeking an Experienced Electrical Engineer for a 6-Month Contract in Newcastle

Our client, a reputable company operating within the subsea sector is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be based in Newcastle and work alongside industry professionals using state-of-the-art technology.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

AutoCAD Electrical
- Proficient with AutoCAD software specifically designed for creating and managing electrical schematics.

Electrical Schematics
- Ability to read, understand, and create technical drawings of complex systems or circuits.

ROV's (Remotely Operated Vehicles)
- Experience working with remotely operated vehicles used extensively in marine environments.

Variable Speed Drives
- Knowledge of variable speed drives commonly found in industrial automation applications that provide energy savings by controlling motor speeds efficiently.

Additional Information:
Duration - This is initially offered as a six-month contract but could lead onto further opportunities if both parties are satisfied.
Rate - £45 per hour
IR35 Status - Outside IR35 meaning you can operate through your own limited company without any deductions from source.
