Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a leading service provider with numerous high-profile contacts up & down the UK. This role will be working within a corporate space in the heart of London.
Your new role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and project tasks allocated to you, ensuring all work is completed in accordance to agreed methods, risk assessments, SLAs and customer service standards. You will carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services, including:

• L8, fire alarms, lighting tests etc.
• HVAC/AHU plant.
• Pumps, motors, heating systems etc.
• Cause and effect testing.
• PPM schedules.
• Generators, UPS etc.
• 3 phase power supplies.
• LV/HV distribution systems.
• Safe Systems of Work, including Authorised Person duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade trained with significant experience in building services.
• Level 3 C&G in Electro Technical discipline or equivalent.
• 18th edition.
• Experience working to Safe Systems and being an Authorised Person.
• Experience working with CAFM systems.
• C&G 2391 Testing or equivalent is desirable.
