Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Sheffield based heavy engineering company to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Electrician.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Continental shift pattern - 06.00 – 18.00, 18.00 – 06.00

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Electrical Maintenance Electrician role will carry out repairs and planned maintenance on all plant equipment.

Other duties of the Electrical Maintenance Electrician include:

  • Work closely with the Maintenance supervisor to ensure the Planning of maintenance work is completed
  • Working with PPM systems
  • New Installations

We would like to speak with Electrical Maintenance Electricians with the following:

  • Apprentice trained as an electrician
  • 17th edition regulations
  • Good fault finding skills on both D.C and A.C controls
  • Good knowledge of electrical installations
  • Knowledgeable on both predictive and planned maintenance techniques
  • Experience with heavy industrial equipment
  • Previous experience in a heavy engineering /hot work environment
