Electrical Maintenance Team Leader
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Bradford to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader.
Working hours – Monday-Friday 8-4.30
Direct reports - Leading a team of 3 maintenance engineers.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering and Maintenance on the production line and overseeing various engineering projects, processes and timelines.
Other duties of the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will include:
- Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
- Create detailed engineering plans, SOP processes, and procedures
- Propose timelines for engineering projects
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures.
- Plan and implement a PPM process
- Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
- Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects
- Train and supervise engineering staff members
- Identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
- Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors
- Provide leadership for HSE within the Engineering function
- Develop a continuous improvement culture within the Engineering
We would like to speak with Electrical Maintenance Team Leaders with the following;
- Electrically bias
- Minimum 18th edition
- Industrial phase 3
- knowledge and experience of utilising continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
- Leadership skills and proven experience in developing a team
