Pure are pleased to be exclusively representing our client in the recruitment of an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to be based from their head office in Brentwood, Essex.

Our client are a privately owned business that is experiencing continued growth and success. They provide an unrivalled service to their clients and continue to win new contracts.

Key responsibilities: -

Engage in daily communication and relationship building with team members, clients, and consultants.
Fulfil duties as a NICEIC qualified supervisor, including validating, compiling, and signing off NICEIC certifications.
Oversee the review, evaluation, approval, and distribution of all electrical certifications and documentation produced by operatives, ensuring proper record-keeping.
Supervise and manage labour allocation and resources to maximize productivity, achieve first-time fixes, and enhance performance.
Lead the training initiatives for electricians to improve the quality of testing and inspection.
Identify compliance issues requiring follow-up or investigation, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Quality checking certification and job completion reports day in and day out circa 60-100 per day.

Skills & experience needed: -

City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations training).
City and Guilds 2391-52 Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing, (or 2394 & 2395 combined).
City and Guilds 2377-77 Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing.
City & Guilds 2357 or 2330 Electro Technical Technology (Level 3 NVQ) AM2 Assessment.
5 years electrical supervisory experience in social housing would be desirable.
