Electrical & Software Maintenance Technician
Location: West Dublin
Salary: Up to €80,000
Shifts: Rotating (Mornings, Evenings, Nights)
About the Role:
Revorec is recruiting for a highly skilled Electrical & Software Maintenance Technician to support a market-leading, high-volume food production company. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong expertise in electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems. You'll be instrumental in keeping production lines running smoothly, ensuring our client's operations remain at the forefront of the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems on high-speed production lines
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance using CMMS
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Adapt and optimize PLC programs for enhanced performance
- Collaborate closely with production teams to meet and exceed operational targets
- Uphold stringent safety and quality standards
Who You Are:
- A qualified electrician with a robust background in PLC programming and mechanical systems
- Experienced in high-volume, regulated manufacturing (minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship)
- Proactive diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PC and software integration
