Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Foreman
Location: Liverpool (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing M&E projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in installations, general lighting, structured cabling, fire & security, small power, and emergency lighting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise M&E projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior management
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Electrical Supervisor in the M&E industry
- Strong knowledge of installations, general lighting, structured cabling, fire & security, small power, and emergency lighting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work occasional late shifts as required
