The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be part of an expanding team with a well-established business, who provide turnkey engineering solutions into a wide client base.

Scope of role

- Part of the projects team overseeing electrical installations.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and contractors to assist with the project delivery.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance to project & client specifications.
- General supervision of all on-site labour, including agency and subcontractors.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time.
- Ensure all electrical work carried out is completed to a high standard.
- Carry out toolbox talks, ensuring any specific risks are highlighted to the team.

The Electrical Supervisor

- Apprentice trained or equivalent to a minimum of level 3.
- Experience within an industrial / manufacturing setting.
- Effective communicator experienced in a senior electrical or supervisory role.
- Ability to read engineering / layout drawings.
- Health & Safety driven.
- Full driving licence with the flexibility to work away from home when necessary.
