- £33,000 per annum PLUS shift allowances [10% of basic for morning and 25% for afternoon shifts] - works out to £38,940 per annum before overtime!
- Monday - Friday
- Each working week consists of 4 shifts of 8 hours and one of 5 hours. Currently, the shifts are Early (starting at 06:00) and Afternoon (starting at 14:00).

About the job
- Deliver all forms of academic and vocational study relating to Electrical Panel wiring in line with company and industry standards.
- Support trainees in their development and liaise with all departments as necessary to ensure a smooth training experience.
- Carry out internal verification and audits on trainees and existing staff periodically.
- Support the company with recruitment events and interviews.
- Provide extra cover on production systems when required
The right candidate
- Comfortable to deliver training to anyone of any level.
- Time served Electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds part 3 or HNC, HND or Higher.
- Detail wiring skills including, Lead-Free soldering, Panel Wiring, Ability to fault find and implement corrective action.
- Ability to read wiring schematics and drawings and understanding of electronics and PLCs.
