Electrical Test Engineer

Title: Electrical Test Engineer Needed for Leading Medical Devices Company in County Tipperary

Our client, a leading medical devices company based in the heart of County Tipperary, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building electrical test systems from scratch while also possessing experience with capital equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Engineering
- Proven track record of success within similar roles
- Experience using LabVIEW

Skills:

Design and Build: The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge on how to design and build electrical test systems from scratch that meet industry standards. They must possess strong analytical skills which enable them to identify problems quickly, come up with solutions efficiently as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing processes effectively.

Capital Equipment: Candidates are required to demonstrate expertise working with Capital Equipment such as X-Ray machines among other crucial pieces of machinery used by our clients business operations.

LabVIEW Programming Skills: Experience programming complex instrumentation software programs written primarily utilising National Instruments (NI) proprietary graphical development environment - LabVIEW amongst others would be beneficial.

Location & Contract type: This job opportunity offers candidates a chance at being located County Tipperary, Ireland. It is important they note this before applying. This position requires individuals who can work on contract basis only.

Rate: Up to €60 per hour depending on experience.
