Tester required for a small, established, and growing team. This position is busy, varied, and it would be beneficial if the candidate has some form of previous testing, or electrical tester experience. The annual salary is up to £27,500. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

This is a temp too perm position. Candidates with warehouse experience, or any previous "hands on" work experience will be considered.

Duties:

  • Fault-finding to component level on a variety of electronic products, including analogue and digital circuitry
  • Follow schematic and circuit drawings to perform accurate testing and faultdiagnosis
  • Fabricate test jigs to meet specification requirements
  • Test assembled PCBs based on functional test specifications
  • Write and update test specifications and procedures when needed
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained throughout the testing process
  • Familiarity with ICT, XJTAG, and Labview would be advantageous
  • Understand and adhere to current quality standards and build practises, such as IPC and 5S.
  • Soldering and rework
