Your new company
You will be working for a local contractor on multiple social housing contracts within the Yorkshire area, working on behalf of local councils doing repairs and maintenance, including testing.
Your new role
You will be in charge of your area, testing, repairs & maintenance, 7:30 - 4pm working hours, overtime availability, working with a great supportive team who help train you and give you opportunities to help you achieve your next qualifications.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have:

  • 2391 testing qualification
  • 18th edition
  • JIB approved (preferred)
  • Experience working within social housing
  • Full UK driving licence for company van usage
  • Good customer service skills
