As a fully qualified electrician (Level 3), you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing electrical systems within social housing properties. Your work will directly impact the well-being of residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service for residents.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
• Proven experience in social housing or a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence.
