We have a Fantastic opportunity based in Haverhill for full time Electricians.

These positions are all PAYE.

£43,000 per year PAYE based on 45 hours per week

£47,000 per year PAYE based on 45 hours per week when permanent with enhanced overtime

This is a Monday to Friday role 7.30am until 5.30pm.

City & Guilds 17th Edition preferred

You will be working on large, complex and bespoke 4000 amp down this will involve fitting remote telemetry current monitoring and building cable assemblies with and with out drawings

You must;

  • Be able to work to a high standard of accuracy and produce quality results.
  • Have effective communication skills and enjoy working under your own initiative.
  • Recognise the importance of being flexible and adaptable.
  • Be able to assemble and wire 230/415-volt switchgear panels from drawings wiring schematics and be able to work some times without drawings
  • Have a strong knowledge of cable preparation, crimping, termination and testing of electrical panel from 1.5mm up to 400 single core cable

If you have had enough of travelling long distances and would like to be based in one place this might be the ideal role for you. 90% of the time you will be based at the same site in Haverhill if that is your preference. Specific training is provided!
