Electrician or Electrical Engineer vacancy - urgent - London Offices. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to help ensure our client's portfolio of managed office spaces operates efficiently, while also supporting the completion of new office setups to the highest standards.

The Role

As an in-house Electrician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and installation work across a range of office environments. From initial assessments to hands-on repairs and overseeing contractors, you’ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for electrical issues: carry out assessments, repairs, and installations as needed

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and report on any major electrical repair needs

• Oversee and coordinate with contractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades across multiple locations

• High-quality, cost-effective resolutions to issues

• Positive feedback from office users and stakeholders

About You

• Experience in maintenance or construction with a strong focus on electrical work

• Fully qualified: City & Guilds 2391, City & Guilds 2382, and ECS Gold Card

• Practical problem solver with a can-do attitude

• Confident communicator, professional in client-facing situations

• Organised, detail-focused, and safety-aware

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
