We’re hiring for a sharp, dependable Electrician to join a full-scale refurbishment in Maidstone, helping transform a residential property into sleek, modern flats.
You’ll be part of a professional and fast-paced site with a reputation for delivering on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing: This role will suit both skilled Improvers/Apprentices and fully qualified Electricians: • Improver/Apprentice Electrician: Assisting with the installation of sockets, switches, and spotlights throughout the property • Fully Qualified Electrician: Taking the lead on testing and certification, ensuring everything is up to standard and compliant • Final responsibility includes issuing an NIC EIC certificate for building control upon completion
You’ll be essential in powering this transformation – wiring life into each space and ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and ready to go.
