Our client is a global market leader and is considered to be one of the most trusted manufacturers of high-precision instruments for chemical analysis. They are now looking to onboard a Technical Sales Specialist in Electrochemistry to support the growth of their team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating and delivering sales of the electrochemistry products as well as providing training and technical support on completion of successful installation of products. Into Academia and industries such as corrosion, battery, energy, and sensors across the South UK and Midlands.

Key Duties

  • Evaluate the customer's research to advise the correct setup of instrumentation for their needs.
  • Attending exhibitions, seminars
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity management
  • On-site customer visits and demonstrations.
  • Provide technical assistance and support.
  • Developing sales strategies.

Person Specification

  • BScHons Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other relevant Sciences
  • Electrochemistry knowledge
  • Good understanding of Analytical Chemistry methodologies
  • Comfortable covering the South UK and Midlands
