A Sales Support Engineer is sought to take on a Component Sales Executive role for a leading name in Satellite Communications infrastructure. With excellent inter-personal skills, a minimum of an HNC/HND in Electronics and the ability to discuss complex technical problems with a range of customers, you'll thrive working within a customer facing role. Hybrid working + Commission scheme. Applications also welcome from dynamic electronics graduates with an interest in sales.

The Sales Support Engineer role will involve:

  • Driving continued sales growth thought both existing and new clients.
  • Being main point of contact for Component Sales, responding to technical tenders, providing customer support and maintaining excellent customer relations by phone / email and in person.
  • Attending global industry trade shows.
  • Managing International accounts.
  • Occasional International travel for 5-10% of the time.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Some Technical Sales experience within an International arena.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
  • The ability to make a strong technical proposal.
  • Willingness to undertake International travel for business purposes.
  • Some knowledge of RF components or other electronic equipment.
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
