Electronics Engineer
An experienced Electronics Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering is needed to join our team at SET Limited, a leading electronics resolution company based in Derby on a full-time basis.
Due to winning significant new business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Electronics Engineer to assist in fault-finding and repair investigations at our facility in Derby.
Working in a busy repairs department, you will conduct route cause investigations and repairs of customers' equipment. You will be supported by the Lead Electronics Engineer, the R&D Engineers, and the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigating reliability issues on customers’ equipment

Conducting repairs of customers' equipment

Manufacture bespoke test equipment

Provide technical guidance to Repair Technicians

Provide hands-on support as required
Required Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or time-served experience
-
Analogue and digital electronics design
-
Electronics bench testing and fault finding
-
PCB design
