Electronics Patent Attorney
I am excited to represent a leading firm in its search for a talented Electronics Patent Attorney (NQ-4 years post-qualification experience). The successful candidate will:
- Draft, file and prosecute patent applications related to electronics and electrical engineering
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses
- Advise clients on IP strategy and portfolio management
- Handle oppositions and appeals before the relevant patent offices
- Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IP advice
Key requirements:
- Qualified Patent Attorney with NQ-4 years PQE
- Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Litigation experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service
