The successful candidate will:

• Draft, file and prosecute patent applications related to electronics and electrical engineering
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses

• Advise clients on IP strategy and portfolio management
• Handle oppositions and appeals before the relevant patent offices
• Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IP advice

 Key requirements:

• Qualified Patent Attorney with NQ-4 years PQE
• Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Litigation experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service
