Hertfordshire - Electronics Production Manager - Communication Technology - £50-55k

My client are leaders in the communication technology industry and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for an Electronics Production Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Own the interface between the Technical and Operations Departments
  • Assist the Technical Manager with all new software and hardware products
  • Creation, delivery and control of technical documentation and procedures
  • Regular review of production processes, identifying and implementing improvements
  • Management and technical direction/investigation of supplier/manufacturer and internal technical non-conformance issues
  • Perform regular inspections and assessments to ensure quality control
  • Provide in-house technical support for Sales, Marketing, 2nd-line Technical Support, Field Engineers and Production
  • Monitor the technical skillset and knowledge of the Production Technicians

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within an Electronics Product/Technical Manager type role
  • Knowledge of RF technology and/or radio systems
  • Experience in electrical/electronic production processes
  • Supervisor experience

The salary for this role is £50-55k DOE.
