Job Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week,Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm & Friday 7.30am - 1.00pm

We are working alongside an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturer who are part of a global group to recruit for 5 Electronics Technicians / Engineers.

Due to an increase in workload & new contracts coming in, the company are looking to increase their Electronics team over the next 12 months. In doing so they are initially looking to recruit for 5 Electronics Technicians / Engineers, with additional planned recruitment over the coming months.

Within this role you will be taking apart products, replacing parts, rebuilding and undertaking test & inspection of finished products.

Duties will include;

• Electro mechanical assembly
• Producing quality finished components & assemblies
• Soldering
• Component level repair
• Working to drawings or manufacturing
• Test & inspection

The successful candidate will possess;

• Degree or equivalent, or time served experience within electronics
• Experience of final product testing & inspection
• Soldering experience
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
• Able to use computers for logging work
