Staff Partners Business are working with a fantastic, Harlow based client who are looking for an Email Content Marketing Writer. Our client are seeking an individual with experience in writing for a family audience, knowledge of the arts and crafts industry, and the ability to present our craft products to a global audience in an engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor various email marketing campaigns for the UK and international markets

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce original content

- Craft captivating headlines and body copy to entice our target audience

- Identify customer needs and suggest new content to fill gaps in our current material

- Create content for blogs, articles, newsletters, and the company website

- Organize, modify, and update existing content

- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies

- Ensure the copy aligns with our in-house style guide and meets the company's requirements

- Collaborate with colleagues to generate fresh, creative content ideas with our audience in mind

- Coordinate with the graphic team to ensure a user-friendly experience

- Manage a demanding workload while meeting deadlines

- Analyze data and analytics to enhance reader engagement and retention

- Any other related tasks

Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in writing for a B2C audience

- Exceptional command of the English language

- Proven track record of content writing for email campaigns

- Portfolio of published articles

- Familiarity with writing copy for SEO purposes; experience using Semrush is preferred - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, experience in the arts and crafts industry and/or a personal interest in the subject would be advantageous.

For this role, there is also an option for remote work one day per week after a probationary period.
