Email Marketing Executive

R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Email Marketing Executive to join agrowing retail brand. After a period of rapid growth, you will be instrumental in the delivery of further growth plans for the business through strong email marketing strategy and analysis.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday, and is offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

• Creating and delivering effective email marketing strategy, dividing the customer base into sub-sections and ensuring the delivery of tailored marketing content.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign success to inform further strategy development and delivery of throughout the customer lifecycle journey to increase engagement and ROI.
• Producing regular reports on campaign success.

You will have/be

• Previous experience in email marketing (preferably B2C), and strong working knowledge of email marketing software and platforms.
• Creative and analytical approach and ability to create engaging email marketing strategies, whilst utilising data to inform strategic campaigns.
• Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative, with a drive for overseeing projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
