Email Marketing Executive

We’re super excited to be working with this Derby-based Digital Marketing agency, whilst they expand their team.  This agency has been named the ‘fastest-growing agency in the East Midlands’, and it didn’t happen just by chance, it takes a unique set of skills and passion.

This role would suit someone with a few years of experience in email marketing in agency side. As Email Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for developing email marketing campaigns, working with various clients across different industries, and analysing campaign performance.

Location: DE1 (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £28,000

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns
• Create automated customer email journeys
• Work collaboratively with core departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels
• Analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation
• Manage email marketing databases
• Create engaging and visually appealing email templates
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance rates
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with email marketing regulations

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstratable experience in email marketing
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms
• Experience using Klaviyo is desired
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative attitude
