Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Lifecycle Marketing: Spearhead the execution of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies, crafting strategic initiatives for every stage of the customer journey, from onboarding and discovery to product usage and sales & marketing campaigns.

  • Innovate Customer Engagement: Conceptualize and implement creative ideas to nurture prospects and existing customers, driving significant improvements in lifetime value (LTV), return rates, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).

  • Nurture and Retain Customers: Execute robust marketing strategies that foster re-engagement, upsell opportunities, retention, loyalty, and referrals using a mix of email, SMS, web personalization, and refer-a-friend tools.

  • Personalise Marketing Efforts: Develop advanced email automation and content personalization strategies by leveraging user behaviour, activity data, and industry insights to deliver tailored experiences.

  • Drive Brand Ambassadorship: Implement impactful initiatives to convert customers into passionate brand ambassadors, optimising key metrics for conversion and engagement.

  • Optimise Marketing Campaigns: Build and test well-researched hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and optimise segmentation, channels, and messaging to drive continuous improvements and achieve campaign goals.

  • Leverage Customer Data: Maximise the value of first-party customer data through personalised website experiences and sophisticated email flows, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate on Content: Partner with the in-house content team to brainstorm and create compelling creatives for the website, shop banners, in-app offers, and various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high engagement.

  • Craft Compelling Copy: Generate engaging and persuasive copywriting concepts and recipe drafts that inspire users to cook more frequently and explore new culinary possibilities.

  • Engage in Content Creation: Collaborate effectively with the content team to develop visually appealing and engaging creatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing overall marketing efforts.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESP) in a high-growth eCommerce company.

  • Proficiency in referral and loyalty marketing.

  • Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant policies impacting customers.

  • Focus on growth, with robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, including optimization and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Passion for understanding customer personas and crafting relevant messaging to influence creative teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach.
