 Job Title: EMEA HR Business Partner  

Salary: £70,000 per annum
Location: South West London, hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known software business seeking an HR Business Partner to manage their EMEA region change.

We are looking for someone with good EMEA HR experience and strong stakeholder management ability. 
  
Responsibilities:

  • Driving the people agenda for EMEA 
  • Engagement and recognition activities
  • Implementing strategic organisational design
  • Coaching leaders through change 
  • Guiding ER issues 
  • Implementing global projects and annual processes
  
Skills:
  • EMEA HR experience 
  • Strong stakeholder management ability. 
  • Ideally experience in a software business 
  • HR strategy and creation/implementation experience.
