The business have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Supply Manager EMEA, based at their Head Office in East Yorkshire. In this role, you will manage the supply operations of multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities across EMEA countries. Working closely with the Demand Manager, you will lead the EMEA S&OP process. Your ability to anticipate global supply chain trends and proactively adapt our European systems, processes, and organization will be key to maintaining our position as a leading chemical supplier.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading multi-site S&OP, inventory optimization, long-term planning improvements, and shortage management
  • Knowledge of operational capabilities, capacities, and constraints for informed discussions with operations teams about the demand plan
  • Responsibility for monitoring stock levels, stock status, KPI investigation, and MOQ processes
  • Proven track record of successfully creating and managing change
  • Ability to assimilate and process diverse, incomplete, or contradictory data and information with sound decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, commitment, and tenacity
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the chemical industry
  • Professional Supply Chain Qualification
  • Familiarity with SAP
