Role Overview:
The EMEAR Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia (EMEAR). This position involves identifying potential clients, presenting cutting-edge technology, and fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key customers in various industries.
- Explore and penetrate emerging markets.
- Promote the company's technology and develop acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, academic institutions, and industrial stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and corporate procedures.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business or sciences.
- Experience with CRM tools and automated liquid handling platforms.
- Proven track record in selling to laboratory or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of life science applications is advantageous.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills and a competitive spirit.
